If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned across those accounts will be forfeited.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets can be placed before a match begins or during live play, subject to the applicable deadline for each case.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, bha99 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be returned to the user's balance.
• If evidence of match corruption or fixing is found, bha99 may void all bets related to that match.

Bonus Terms

Bha99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit. A minimum 10x wager is required before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.

• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a bonus, provided the referred friend completes their first deposit.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, bots, or any other dishonest means will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bha99:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to hack the system using bots, automated software, or any other method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account using a false identity or incorrect information.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

Bha99 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account involved in the above activities and notify the relevant authorities.

Account Closure & Suspension

Bha99 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that betting is becoming harmful to you, please contact our support team. We can suspend your account for a set period or close it permanently. Do not attempt to open a new account while a self-exclusion is active.

Limitation of Liability

Bha99 will not be held liable for the following:

• If a bet is lost due to an internet connection failure.
• Any losses caused by a third party.
• If a password or account details are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.

That said, bha99 always strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime and to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Right to Modify

Bha99 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, bonus offers, payment methods, or any part of the platform at any time. Users will be given advance notice of significant changes via email or a banner on the site.

Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, please contact our support team to close your account.
